1. Who is the data controller
Aell Creative Ltd, EIK 207201189, Georgi Benkovski 11, 9180 Konstantinovo. Contact: hello@aellcreative.com.
2. What we collect
- Template image you upload. Stored on our server so you can download the processed version. We do not use it for anything else and do not share it.
- Email address and payment details. Collected by Stripe during checkout. We never see your card number — Stripe is a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 processor. We receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded, plus your email so we can send you the invoice.
- Server logs. Standard web server logs (IP address, request URL, timestamp) kept for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
3. Attendee photos are not collected
When someone uses the embed code on your website to upload a photo of themselves, the photo is processed entirely in their browser. It never leaves their device — not to your server, not to ours. This is by design.
4. Who we share data with
- Stripe (payment processor) — receives your email and payment details during checkout. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
- Hetzner (hosting) — our server runs on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. Hetzner processes data on our behalf as a GDPR processor.
We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
5. How long we keep data
- Template images: kept while the embed is in use. We may delete inactive templates periodically.
- Payment records: 10 years, as required by applicable accounting law.
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@aellcreative.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
7. Cookies
We use no tracking cookies. The service stores some data temporarily in your browser's sessionStorage to preserve state across the Stripe Checkout redirect. This is cleared when you close the tab.
8. Changes to this policy
Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
