For €5 (VAT included at 20%), you receive an embeddable HTML/CSS/JavaScript snippet that lets visitors of your website generate a personalized image by compositing their own photo with a template you provide. The snippet is delivered immediately upon successful payment by being displayed on the site for you to copy and paste.
Prices are shown in Euro and include VAT at 20%. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorise the charge for the stated amount. A proper invoice is generated automatically and emailed to you.
This is a digital product. The embed code is delivered at the moment you complete payment — the code is shown on screen for you to copy.
Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final. If the product does not work as described, or if you were charged in error, contact us at hello@aellcreative.com and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
This is in line with EU consumer law for digital content delivered immediately with express consent (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)).
You are responsible for the template image you upload. You must have the rights to any artwork, logos, and text it contains. You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or sexually explicit. We reserve the right to remove templates and terminate service without refund if this is violated.
We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant transaction.
Processed template images are stored on our server so you can download them to host on your own website. After you copy the embed code and host the template yourself, the image on our server is no longer required by the snippet. We may delete unused template files periodically.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the company's country of registration. Disputes are subject to the competent courts there, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
